Product Line Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to support a global Training Apparel portfolio in a high-visibility role. This position partners closely with design, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to drive product creation initiatives, keep projects on track, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong global product experience, thrives in collaborative environments, and can quickly contribute in a fast-paced setting. This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon. Product Line Manager Responsibilities • Own and drive end-to-end product creation initiatives for training apparel, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. • Act as a key decision-maker across projects, proactively resolving issues and navigating ambiguity to keep teams moving forward. • Lead product and design reviews, aligning partners around product vision, storytelling, and execution. • Collaborate closely with merchandising partners at key checkpoints to ensure strategic alignment and commercial viability. • Partner cross-functionally with design, development, marketing, and downstream teams to support cohesive product outcomes. • Develop and present clear, compelling visual and strategic tools to influence internal partners and stakeholders. • Integrate athlete, consumer, and market insights to inform product direction and approval. • Maintain awareness of performance and lifestyle trends to help shape product strategy and business decisions. • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment while holding partners accountable for quality and deadlines. Product Line Manager Qualifications • Extensive experience in global product creation, ideally within training or performance apparel. • Proven background in product management, product line management, merchandising, or related product-focused roles. • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with large, matrixed teams in fast-moving environments. • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead through uncertainty and evolving priorities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency with presentation and collaboration tools such as Keynote, Excel, and Miro. • Experience ramping quickly into established systems and processes; familiarity with complex internal tools is a strong plus. • Personal interest or hands-on involvement in training or fitness, with an understanding of athlete and consumer needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Ability to start immediately and work onsite in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
