Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Director, Digital Marketing & Email Automation with email strategy and execution for internal stakeholder campaigns and events based on audience and objectives. Become proficient within Marketo email platform for VUMC Development, including building emails within the Marketo workspace and pulling campaign performance reports. Collaborate with Community & Corporate Relations team to support upcoming fundraising campaigns and events across digital platforms, utilizing social media, online giving and email strategy. Assist the direct response team with email builds for integrated fundraising campaigns contributing to the bottom-line revenue numbers for Digital and Direct Marketing efforts. Update online giving pages hosted on Classy.org for campaigns across the department Collaborate with Associate Director, Digital Marketing & Fundraising Strategy on social media strategy for Development department. Assist with monthly posting schedule, curating and repurposing content, and reporting on performance analytics. · Act as a member of a cross functional team of development and marketing professionals to ensure effective and appropriate integration of content, communications deliverables, and donor outreach · Collaboration with colleagues to create and execute an annual operating plan with personal responsibility for a set of tactics and goals. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) (Required) · 2 years experience (Required) Knowledge of digital platforms (email marketing, automation, peer-to-peer giving, website design, social media, html code) is preferred. Email marketing experience is a must. Adobe Marketo Engage experience preferred. · Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple campaigns and projects at once under tight deadlines. · Superb oral and written communication skills. · Ability to maintain a productive and collaborative working relationship with partners across Development team and the Medical Center at large · Maintain a successful hybrid work environment; be available for in-person responsibilities as needed. This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work as needed.
