About Us We are a fast-growing national law firm specializing in consumer debt settlement, dedicated to helping clients regain financial stability with integrity, empathy, and expert legal support. As we continue to expand our attorney network across multiple states, we’re seeking a highly motivated Attorney Recruiter to lead and scale our attorney hiring efforts nationwide. Position Overview The Attorney Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding qualified attorneys to join our growing legal team. This role requires strong knowledge of the legal industry, superb communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and legal talent pipelines across the country. You will partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and ensure we maintain a high standard of legal excellence. Key Responsibilities • Source, recruit, and onboard attorneys across multiple states to support our debt settlement practice. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending offers. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified attorneys, including solo practitioners and firms seeking partnership opportunities. • Conduct outreach through job boards, legal associations, law school alumni groups, and other legal networks. • Coordinate background checks, credential verification, and bar admission compliance. • Partner with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs. • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records, metrics, and reporting. • Represent the firm professionally and communicate our mission, values, and attorney expectations. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the legal or professional services industry. • Familiarity with attorney licensing, bar requirements, and legal hiring practices. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms. • A proactive approach to sourcing talent and thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting attorneys specifically in consumer law, debt settlement, bankruptcy, or related legal fields. • Existing network of attorneys across multiple states. • Prior experience working in a law firm or legal staffing agency.
