We are seeking dependable, hard-working, and committed individuals to join our team in a multi-faceted role combining sales, marketing, and general office duties. Position: Sales and Office Clerk This is a full-time, core position vital to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will be ready to commit to the required hours and embrace the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, organize customer files, and help manage inventory documentation. • Customer Service: Act as a professional first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. • Office Administration: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization. • Marketing Assistance (as applicable): Support marketing efforts, which may include managing online listings, assisting with social media content, or other promotional tasks. Compensation Structure: • Hourly Wage: Starting at $21.00 per hour. • Sales Component: Flat rate per sale plus commission (details provided upon interview). • Marketing Component: Compensation for marketing tasks is flexible and will be determined based on experience (either a per-unit rate or hourly). Qualifications: • Proven record of dependability and punctuality. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule. • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or office administration is a plus, but not required.
