2+ years in customer or technical support preferably in online gaming, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and enthusiasm for the gambling industry.
Overview: A globel leader in the iGaming space is looking for a remote Customer Support Executive, that will blend client support and account management, games testing and placement, and the launch and performance of their content across North America and LatAm! To note: this role is full-time, fully remote, role but must be based in New Jersey, USA. Responsibilities: • Instigate, develop and maintain a strong framework of key internal relationships across multiple time zones and continents. • Work closely with the Interactive Operations team, the Game Release team and be the point of liaison between Support, Marketing, Game Delivery & Account Management teams for troubleshooting and seamless game delivery. • Monitor and report on game positioning and performance of games across various platforms and jurisdictions. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize game visibility and engagement versus our competitors. • Assist in coordinating and executing game launches in North and South America. • Provide customers & internal stakeholders with updated new product collateral to support games launches and new product initiatives. Qualifications: • 2+ years in a customer support, technical support, or similar role. Preferably with in the online gaming or sports betting industry. • Be proactive in self-development to gain ongoing understanding of other iGaming markets, keeping up with all developments from our competitors. • Abel to work with more senior members to develop a working understanding of our customers markets and betting channels. • Be fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic about the online gambling industry. • Must be comfortable with gambling and understands the player mindset. • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
