Compensation: $75,00-125,000/year Job Description: Van Dusen Nutrition®, a group private practice in Needham, MA, is hiring 2 clinicians who are Licensed Independent Social Workers or Licensed Mental Health Counselors. We are eager to grow our dynamic team of clinicians and services! Over the past few years, we have expanded to a >3000 sq. ft. center, launched an outpatient eating disorders program, and significantly increased our client base and reach. • We are currently offering virtual and in-person appointments. However, the individual must be local and thus able to offer both formats. The position is for an individual with interest, experience and passion in working with: • Eating and Exercise Disorders • Disordered Eating • Body Image Concerns • Intuitive Eating • HAES Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Individual therapy/counseling sessions • Group therapy/counseling sessions Job Requirements: • LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or comparable licensure • MUST have 1 year minimum of eating disorder experience • Experience working with adolescents or individuals ages 12-18 • Can not have an independent private practice due to conflict of interest • 2+ year commitment • Strong time management, organizational, and collaborative skills • **Looking for clinicians who are 'Hungry, Humble and Honest'*** Benefits: • 401k • Health Savings Account • Flexible Schedule • Professional Development Assistance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Please submit a Cover Letter to info@vandusennutrition.com detailing your specific eating disorder experience and interest working in a group private practice setting.
