Description: • Lead the local sales teams across the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton, OH markets, as well as the Erie, PA market. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that elevate market presence. • Guide and empower Media Consultants to achieve outstanding results and drive growth. • Motivate and inspire team members to exceed goals and build strong client relationships. • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce compelling materials. • Utilize analytics to measure campaign success and optimize performance. • Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
