If you're interested, please share your updated resume at Workday Learning Technical Lead Migration (Remote) Job Summary Lead the technical execution of migrating large-scale learning content and data from a legacy system to Workday Learning. This role requires expertise in Workday integration tools to ensure the successful transformation and transfer of high-volume data and multimedia content. Key Responsibilities • Migration Execution: Design and execute the technical strategy for migrating high-volume content, including SCORM, ZIP, video, and audio files, ensuring data integrity and content readiness in Workday. • Integration Development: Develop complex data transformations and interfaces using Workday Integration Studio to support the data migration processes. • Data Ingestion (EIB): Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for mass loading of learning records, completions, and user data, managing mappings and error resolution. • Content Management: Configure and manage necessary connectors within Workday Learning to handle and deliver large learning media files effectively. • Technical Validation: Perform rigorous testing, validation, and advanced troubleshooting of all migrated data and integration points. Required Technical Skills • technical experience with Workday Integrations. • Expertise in Workday Integration Studio (XSLT, Web Services) and EIB specifically for Learning objects. • Strong understanding of SCORM and content package handling. • Proven ability to manage large-scale migration of multimedia files (video, audio, ZIP).
