You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and offer appropriate Valmont products and services. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase sales opportunities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - You will track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. - You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - You will assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
