What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and offer appropriate Valmont products and services. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive repeat business. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase sales opportunities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - You will track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate reporting. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - You will assist in resolving customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. - You will contribute to achieving team sales targets and company revenue goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
