What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. - You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the industrial or agricultural equipment industry. - Knowledge of Valmont’s product lines and market sectors. - Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools. - A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
