Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping to expand Valmont's market presence and build lasting relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and present appropriate products. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase sales opportunities. - You will prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. - You will track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - You will provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
