You will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping to expand Valmont's market presence and build lasting relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and present appropriate products. - You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase sales opportunities. - You will track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. - You will provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - You will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
