What You'll Do: - You will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities. - You will manage and nurture customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that meet customer needs. - You will provide detailed product information and support to customers throughout the sales process. - You will track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. - You will identify market trends and customer feedback to inform product development. - You will assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors. - Knowledge of Valmont’s product lines and industry applications. - Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools. - A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
