What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the infrastructure or agricultural industries. - Knowledge of Valmont’s product lines and technologies. - Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools. - A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
