What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office. - You have a customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. - You are organized and detail-oriented. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in industrial or agricultural sales. - Knowledge of Valmont’s product lines and industry. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bilingual skills are a plus.
