Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist Are you an energetic and outgoing people person with excellent customer service skills? Are you a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If yes, we are looking for you to join our team and be our Front Office Coordinator! As the first contact with our patients, this position is the face of the company and requires a charismatic individual with superior customer service skills both in-person and on the phone. This individual is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, processing payments, cleaning duties and light clerical. This position also aids in sales so a background or comfort in sales is helpful. This position is for approximately 37-40 hours per week. Only BILINGUAL candidates will be considered for this position. You must speak both English and Spanish fluently. • This position will require the candidate to work Saturdays (7:45am-3:15pm) • This is a Full -Time position with approximately 37-40 hours a week • Our clinic is open 9-6pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and 8-3pm on Saturdays. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. • You MUST be bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish COMPENSATION: • Hourly pay ($17-19 an hour, depending on experience) • Free lunch on Saturdays WE ARE LOOKING FOR: REQUIREMENTS: • Bilingual in English and Spanish • 2 years or more of customer service experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Team Player a Must • MUST be a people-person, not shy • Must be comfortable with sales • Quickbooks experience a plus!
