Provide support for Consumer Lending systems including CRM, LOS, POS; assist with communications, reporting, and training; advance Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Lead Mailbox usage.
At least 2 years customer service or support experience, high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, communication and organizational abilities, and willingness to present.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Utilize knowledge to provide support for all systems within Consumer Lending. (Customer Relationship Management - CRM, Loan Origination - LOS and Point of Sale Systems - POS. This includes data validation, account generation, end user assistance, troubleshooting, error resolution and UAT for upgrades. Shares knowledge to support and train team members. • Assist the Manager Business Support - CL with weekly/monthly divisional sales - service communications. • Prepares meeting presentation materials and reports including the creation of end user guides. Reviews and assists in analysis of data for additional opportunities available to the division. Inputs, tracks results and keeps management informed. • Develops more robust reporting for business lines through utilization of Excel and other web based tools. • Help advance knowledge and output of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Lead Mailbox (CRM) to support Consumer Lending. Required Skills: • Highly skilled in all MS Office Suite programs, Adobe, other software, web-based systems and virtual tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.). Being computer savvy is an absolute must. • Ability to learn new systems and technologies with ease. • Some experience and/or working knowledge of Banking principles. • Background/Experience in Customer Service and/or Support. • Willingness to present in front of groups face to face or on video. • High energy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational, problem resolution skills, attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize assignments. Ability to take direction. Required Experience: • High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service, analytics and or support role experience. Preferred Experience: • Prior experience facilitating presentations and systems training. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
