A company is looking for a Software Engineer (LATAM) to join their product engineering team. Key Responsibilities • Develop Rails Features: Build and enhance functionality using Ruby on Rails • Implement UI with Tailwind: Create clear, maintainable user interfaces using Tailwind CSS • Work with Application Data: Collaborate on schema changes, migrations, and queries in PostgreSQL Required Qualifications • Approximately 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails, preferably with recent exposure to Rails 7 • Experience with Rails views, templates, and styling using Tailwind CSS • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including writing queries and creating migrations • Understanding of Rails conventions, MVC architecture, and common web application patterns • Commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability
