About This Opportunity: As a Client Implementation Manager, you’ll coordinate and execute client onboarding and product rollout activities, ensuring a smooth transition and positive client experience. You’ll manage project timelines, support configuration requests, facilitate training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations. Things You’ll Do Here: Support the client implementation process by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring clients have a positive onboarding experience. Assist with the rollout of new products and services for clients by working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration. Respond to and process client configuration requests in collaboration with the Client Success team to meet client needs and improve platform utilization. Participate in process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing feedback to enhance implementation practices. Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements throughout implementation activities. Maintain accurate project documentation, task updates, and status reports in systems such as Salesforce, Wrike, Trello, and other internal tools. Track and report project progress, escalating issues or risks to senior team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring to the Team: 1+ of experience in an implementation, client onboarding, or similar project-driven role. Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive tasks to completion independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables and client-facing work. Proven ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with colleagues across various teams and levels of the organization. Flexible and adaptable to change, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving company environment. Demonstrated curiosity, critical thinking, and a solutions-oriented mindset with a positive approach to challenges. Where You’ll Work: This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions. Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go! Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software. Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
