Full Description

Job Summary To perform assigned cleaning/sanitation duties in various departments. Essential Functions • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the office and manufacturing plant. • Cleans floors and offices including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows. • Cleans restrooms including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. • Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. • Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. • Maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. • Recycling duties, such as breaking down cardboard boxes and the collection of recyclables throughout the building. • Performs additional duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • Previous cleaning experience a plus • Valid driver’s license Requisite Skills Required • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities • Highly responsible and reliable • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. • All work is performed under the minimum supervision of the Manager and/or Supervisor, as required. Physical Requirements • Lifting up to 50lbs regularly, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, visual acuity, and typing. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
