The Business Systems Analyst will be supporting enterprise healthcare applications and will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting development sprints, performing testing and quality assurance, and providing ongoing production support. This role bridges business analysis, QA testing, and production support within a small, innovation-focused team developing a patient-facing mobile app and back-office system. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to validate functionality. The analyst will lead manual UAT and regression testing across web and mobile (iOS / Android) platforms, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment. Post-pilot, the focus shifts to client-facing support, including triaging issues, managing access, and relaying feedback to drive improvements. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in business analysis, QA, or application support, ideally within healthcare (strongly preferred but not required). Strong communication skills, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, standalone environment are essential.
