As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a vital role in shaping client experiences—introducing them to our venues, showcasing services, and guiding them toward unforgettable events. What You’ll Do • Deliver warm, professional, and engaging client interactions via phone, email, and in-person tours. • Manage a high volume of leads with accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness. • Conduct compelling venue tours that highlight unique features and set offerings apart from competitors. • Educate clients on venues, services, competitors, and the event industry landscape. • Anticipate and overcome client objections with solution-oriented approaches. • Collaborate with teammates while maintaining ownership of individual sales performance. • Commit to ongoing growth, sharpening sales skills, and adapting to a dynamic market. Qualifications • 2–4 years of sales experience (hospitality industry experience and, or corporate event sales strongly preferred). • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions. • Outgoing, personable, and energetic personality with a client-first mindset. • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Google Suite; CRM experience (HubSpot a plus). • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally. • Flexible availability, including some nights and weekends, to support client events.
