Full Description

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future. No C2C, third-party, or subcontracting arrangements; direct W2 only. Remote but must work central or eastern time zone hours. Job Description: • Design and build scalable, high-performance SaaS applications • Develop full-stack solutions using JavaScript, React, Node.js, HTML, and CSS • Build and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture • Develop responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces • Implement server-side logic, data models, and integrations • Work with cloud-native technologies (serverless functions, managed databases, monitoring tools) • Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions • Write unit tests and ensure code quality through peer reviews • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver production-ready features Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
