Lead interim accounting projects including milestone tracking, meeting scheduling, slide deck preparation for executives, accruals, billing, budget tracking, and process documentation.
Requires proven accounting/finance experience preferably at senior/manager level, strong PowerPoint skills, project management experience, familiarity with large accounting software, and local hybrid work in Nashville.
Our Vaco team is partnering with a local client in North Nashville on an interim Accounting Project Lead. This is a hybrid opportunity, with expected timeline of 6+ months. This role will involve project management (milestone tracking, running and scheduling meetings), preparing slide decks for c-suite, accruals, billing (invoice management), budget tracking, process documentation, and other ad hoc project management and accounting related tasks. If you are an accounting and/or finance professional with a history of running projects, preparing slide decks, and strong orgnaization - we would love to partner with you!
