Finance Manager (does not supervise initially) - PE Backed Company - 1-2 Days in Office Adaptive Planning Required $100-115k base plus discretionary bonus • This role will be the VP of Finance's right hand and see entire picture of corporate and field finance. • The total finance team is 4 (CFO and VP with two direct reports), and there is a separate accounting team. • About Role - This role is extremely dynamic and well-rounded with a wide array of responsibilities and will get exposure to corporate finance (budgeting, forecasting, etc.), field finance, operational reviews, bank reporting/lender reporting, working with the PE firm, due diligence, and board packages. This role will also get exposure to acquisitions. • Target Candidate - 5+ years of dynamic FP&A experience. Great personality and communication skills. Strong system skills (Excel, Power BI, Adaptive Planning required). CPA and public accounting background is a plus.
