Confidential Assistant Controller Opportunity - Healthcare (Nashville-Based / Remote - Flex) - CPA and Multi Site Healthcare Accounting Leadership Required • Rapidly expanding, multi-state healthcare platform (~$400M revenue, 300+ locations) backed by a top-tier private equity partner known for flexibility, support, and a strong management relationship. • Mission-driven organization delivering high-quality, accessible care to underserved communities, with an unusually strong culture for a PE environment-excellent tenure, true flexibility, and real work-life balance. • Role supports a newly promoted Controller and partners closely with an impressive CFO; both are highly regarded, collaborative, and down-to-earth leaders. • Scope includes: full-cycle accounting leadership, multi-entity GAAP reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, audit management, process improvement, and systems optimization (Intacct + Adaptive). • Direct leadership over Accounting Managers, staff accountants, and lease accounting, with meaningful influence across the broader finance organization. • Company remains ahead of industry challenges through joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and active involvement in shaping evolving healthcare legislation-positioning the business for continued growth and opportunity. • Ideal profile: CPA; strong public + industry mix; 7-10+ years of progressive accounting leadership; healthcare or multi-site experience; hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. • Compensation/Perks: ~20% bonus eligibility, strong benefits (including 401k match + BCBS), high flexibility, low overtime, and openness to equity or transaction-based incentives.
