Qualifications:• Proven experience leading large-scale change or transformation projects.• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and engage stakeholders at all levels.• Analytical mindset with proficiency in conducting readiness assessments and interpreting data.• Adaptable, empathetic, and results-driven approach• Formal certifications in OCM – PROSCI, APMG or similar • A Background in Consulting, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field with experience working across diverse industries. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $108,859.97 - $215,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
