8+ years senior PM experience with strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies, though lacking automotive OEM domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Discovery & Workshops • Lead structured requirements‐gathering workshops with MOPAR business teams, IT stakeholders, product owners, architects, and SMEs. • Elicit business needs, process gaps, system pain points, and future‐state capabilities using interviews, process walkthroughs, and collaborative sessions. • Translate high‐level business objectives into clear, actionable functional and non‐functional requirements. • Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consensus. Documentation & Deliverables • Develop a complete System Requirements Specification (SRS/BRD) including: • Business requirements • Functional requirements • Non‐functional requirements • Use cases / user stories • Process flows (current‐state and future‐state) • Data requirements and integrations • System constraints and assumptions • Ensure all requirements adhere to Client documentation standards and MOPAR governance processes. • Maintain full traceability from business objectives to system requirements. Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary liaison between MOPAR business teams, IT, vendor partners, and enterprise architecture. • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies related to the requirements phase. • Provide weekly status updates, risk logs, and decision‐tracking documentation. • Ensure alignment with Client enterprise platforms, data strategy, and integration frameworks. Process & Quality Assurance • Validate requirements with business owners and technical teams through structured review cycles. • Support solution architects and development teams during design by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment. • Ensure all requirements are testable and support QA teams in developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Required Skills & Experience • 8–12+ years of experience as a Senior PM, Senior BA, or hybrid PM/BA in large enterprise environments. • Strong background in automotive OEM, preferably in aftermarket, service, parts, or dealer systems. • Proven experience leading requirements workshops and delivering SRS/BRD documentation for complex systems. • Expertise in process modeling, use case development, user stories, and requirements traceability. • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‐management skills. • Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or Scaled Agile environments. • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent. Preferred Skills • Experience with MOPAR, Dealer Connect, Service/Parts systems, or Client enterprise platforms. • Familiarity with aftermarket supply chain, parts cataloging, service operations, or warranty systems. • Exposure to API‐driven architectures, integration platforms, and data modeling. • Automotive OEM vendor‐partner experience (Client, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, etc.). Education • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. • Master''s degree or industry certifications (CBAP, PMI‐PBA, PMP, SAFe) preferred.
