Business Analyst (Hybrid – Dearborn, MI) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise IT and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical documentation, working closely with Agile development teams, and driving successful delivery of cloud, web, and SaaS-based solutions. Key Requirements: 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on technical/software development projects Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, and documentation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing JIRA backlogs Knowledge of cloud, web, SaaS applications, and system integrations Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills Scrum Master certification/training required Automotive/OEM industry experience preferred Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Claude) is a plus Location: Hybrid – Dearborn, MI (Onsite Tue/Wed/Thu) Join a collaborative team driving innovative technology solutions through business analysis, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
