V-Tech Solutions is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to analyze and improve digital systems, support projects, and collaborate with teams—strong database and communication skills required. General Role Description: The Digital Systems Analyst integrates and aligns technology requirements and digital strategies with subject matter experts and content delivery teams. This role enhances the customer experience while ensuring compliance with federal requirements. The Analyst provides analysis and design of business systems for applications such as financial, accounting, human resources, and other enterprise systems. Responsibilities include handling test scripts, defining service requirements, and collaborating with end users on project development and implementation. Candidates should have a working knowledge of relational databases, structured analysis, data modeling, information engineering, mathematical modeling, sampling, and cost accounting to plan and optimize systems. The Analyst will define system inputs, design processing steps, and format outputs to meet user needs. They will also prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to assist management in determining financial feasibility. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Specific Tasks and Activities: • Support maintenance and development of project plans and Phase A rollouts • Facilitate and support work groups through charter development, work planning, process mapping, and execution • Manage and implement APM project plans • Support the creation and implementation of the CB Website Modernization Project Plan • Maintain and develop web/systems governance • Support ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and monitoring efforts in partnership with the data and evaluation team • Collaborate with the Digital Collections Team to ensure effective integration Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, digital systems integration, or business systems design • Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Strong organizational and time management skills Pay $45-54 Remote- 1099 Position
