Full Description

Role: ServiceNow HRSD Administrator Duration: Long Term Location: Remote Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred) The ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including Employee Center Pro and NowAssist modules. This role collaborates closely with HR and IT teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and enhances the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform and related modules for optimal performance. • Configure and customize HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and NowAssist. • Provide technical support and training to HR and end-users. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. • Manage integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other systems. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR service delivery insights. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, maintaining data security and privacy. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (required). • 3–4 years of HRSD experience (required). • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, focusing on HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and NowAssist modules. • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD and related modules. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, data management, and content conversion. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. • Project management or HRSD implementation experience is a plus. • Familiarity with other HR technologies and systems is preferred.
