End Client: Office of Addition Services & Supports (OASAS) Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 30 Months Location: Albany, NY Hours Per Week: 40 hours Interview Type: In-Person Department: Office of Addition Services & Supports (OASAS) Scope of Project Work with agency unit stakeholders to document and understand existing business processes, particularly as they relate to defining requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS). Define future-state requirements and processes to support the design and development of new applications aligned with the agency’s technology roadmap. These applications may exchange data with or support LMS processes. Responsibilities • Lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for current-state and future-state business processes and use cases. • Interview stakeholders and document requirements for existing and new applications. • Work across agency bureaus and units to understand mission-critical business processes. • Define future-state requirements and processes for applications aligned with the agency’s technology roadmap. • Document business processes and requirements related to the LMS and applications that exchange data with or support LMS processes.
