Lead commercial strategy and sales execution, manage pricing and incentive plans, maintain key customer relationships, develop business and marketing plans, and collaborate on demand forecasting.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred, proven business strategy experience, strong technical and commercial background in pharmaceutical supply, executive communication skills, international travel capability, and valid passport.
Job Description: • Lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy • Define program-level sales projections and be directly accountable for achieving revenue targets • Establish annual sales incentive plan (SIP) targets and monitor performance against goals • Set target and minimum pricing for individual programs • Maintain direct relationships with key customers • Partner with Sales to identify and prioritize target accounts • Act as a strategic advisor during proposal development • Own the marketing plan and collaborate with Strategic Marketing • Develop new business and pricing models • Identify emerging market needs and collaborate with Sales • Contribute to demand forecasting and planning efforts Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree preferred • Proven experience generating business strategies • Highly experienced with strong technical and commercial international background in the pharmaceutical supply industry • Exceptional communication required • Executive interactions and influencing key stakeholders globally • Ability to travel as required, including internationally • Requires a valid passport • Experience in CDMO is a plus Benefits: • Performance-related bonus • Medical and dental coverage • 401k plan • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Employee assistance program • Paid time off (PTO)
