This role is part of the Customer and Dealership Relations department and will serve as a key facilitator in ensuring efficient execution of daily operations within the Support Department. This position involves coordinating various operational tasks, supporting departmental initiatives, and facilitating collaboration and communication across teams to optimize productivity and achieve organizational goals and objectivesA day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Our Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for parts and shipping logistics using our ERP, while maintaining ongoing communication with clients and field engineers in a changing environmentManage field team’s travel and expense budgets, and be the POC for any travel or logistical team needGenerate quotes and Sales orders while ensuring the ongoing progress of each to maintain high service levelServe in a pivotal role owning communications with customers through Freshdesk while managing ticket queue, and team’s workflowWork closely with the operations department to ensure replenishment activities and streamlined supply chain of Service dept. needs.Support product development and research initiatives by assisting with planning, resource allocation, communications with the R&D and engineering teams, and monitoring project progressAssist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
