In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll lead on-site installations, directing contractors as the Lead FSE, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a seamless installation experience while maintaining safety, quality, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You’ll ensure that our systems are installed correctly, functioning reliably, and meeting customer expectations.A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:Act as the on-site lead during new system installations, directing third-party contractors and ensuring high-quality executionTroubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time, resolving challenges under pressurePerform routine and emergency maintenance services across client sitesEnsure full compliance with safety protocols and proactively identify potential risksReview site layouts using AutoCAD, ensuring feasibility and accuracyWrite clear and thorough technical documentation, including installation and service reportsServe as the face of UVeye in the field, providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations with professionalism and confidence
