Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Software Development Manager. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, managing development teams, defining technical standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, facilitating Agile practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to align development goals with business objectives. The manager will also provide mentorship to team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications • Strong background in software development, including expertise in programming, coding, and designing scalable applications • Experience with Agile development methodologies, project management, and leading cross-functional teams • Proficiency in software architecture, system design, and debugging complex technical issues • Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 10 plus years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a managerial role Compensation DOE, up to $120K
