Manage and convert inbound corporate inquiries into partnerships and sponsorships, engaging with C-suite executives and navigating internal approval processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, strong executive presence, and ability to manage multiple high-level conversations simultaneously.
Company Overview: As the global leader in canna-related media for over a decade, USWC Media, LLC has spearheaded the C-CAT (Center for Canna-Advertising Transparency) to combat media disinformation. When we unveiled this DEI-driven framework to the market, the reception from major ESG contributors was instantaneous and massive. USWC DEI initiative is positioned to capture a significant share of the global impact market. We are seeking a Vice President of ESG Engagement who can navigate this high-volume executive interest and turn "overwhelming demand" into historic partnerships. ROLE OVERVIEW You will serve as the primary executive counterpart to ESG, DEI, and CSR officers at Fortune 500 companies. Your mandate is to move our 300+ warm conversations from "interest" to "confirmed participation" (fiscal sponsorship and restricted-use contributions). You are onboarding them into a program they asked to join. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Pipeline Execution: Immediately organize and engage the 300+ existing inbound inquiries from major enterprise ESG leaders. • Executive Stewardship: Conduct peer-to-peer alignment calls with VPs and C-Suite leaders. • Closing & Process: Navigate corporate internal routing (Finance, Legal, Compliance) to finalize fiscal sponsorships and contributions. • Feedback Loop: Report directly to USWC leadership on conversion rates, objections, and timeline forecasting. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • You are a Closer/Harvester: You prefer managing active deal flow over hunting for new prospects. • Executive Presence: You have 10+ years of experience and are comfortable speaking with leadership at companies with $10B+ annual revenues as a peer. • Governance Fluency: You understand the language of ESG, CSR, and DEI. You know how corporate budgets are structured and how to help a champion navigate their own internal approval process. • Organized: You can handle 50+ active high-level conversations simultaneously without dropping the ball. COMPENSATION & UPSIDE • Aggressive Commission Structure: High-percentage commission on secured sponsorships. With 300+ active leads, the immediate earning potential is significant. • Equity Participation: Successful execution will be rewarded with equity shares in USWC Media, aligning your long-term success with the network's growth.
