You Are We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Productivity and Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating manual tasks and workflows across our retail and supply chain operations, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements to enhance productivity. The Opportunity • Use the MOST methodology to evaluate manual tasks and workflows across retail and supply chain operations. • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity. • Conduct detailed time studies and establish standard times for key operational tasks. • Validate and refine existing work standards. • Develop and implement practical solutions to optimize labor and resource utilization. • Collaborate with teams to train staff on new workflows and processes. • Work closely with operations, logistics, and store management teams to understand challenges and align solutions with business goals. • Present findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. • Document processes, findings, and implemented changes for future reference and scalability. • Generate detailed reports on time savings, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements. What You Need • 5+ years of experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in time study methodologies, including MOST. • Experience with process improvement techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in process improvement and time study analysis. • Experience in retail or supply chain operations is preferred. • Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote Compensation Range: $72,000-$108,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
