Lead and coordinate cybersecurity projects including CyberArk migration and data center exit, managing resources, risks, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
10+ years IT experience with 4+ years cybersecurity project management, leadership skills, knowledge of NIST/NICE, and a relevant degree; PMP or CISSP preferred.
Role: Cybersecurity Sr. PM CyberArk/Data Center Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months contract Required Skills: • 10+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity project management. • Effective leadership, training and presentation skills, and experience in leading multiple, highly diverse teams to achieve results. • Need a driven self-starting Sr. PM with energy to drive these projects. • Cybersecurity PM experience is a must. • Will be managing a CyberArk migration as well as a data center exit. • Proven experience in cybersecurity portfolio and program management. • Strong knowledge of the NIST/NICE framework and its application in cybersecurity program management. • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments; adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business needs. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong management skills planning, organizing, leading, and measuring service driven teams. • Ability to exercise and mentor others on good professional judgment and security related ethics. • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) in relevant disciplines are preferred. Responsibilities: • The Cybersecurity Sr Project Manager will be responsible for leading the detailed planning and execution to migrate applications. • The role will be responsible for coordinating and tracking migration activities working with internal and external partners to ensure timelines and milestones are achieved. • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. • This role will require exceptional leadership, cross-functional successful execution and a strong executive presence and communication skills. • The responsibilities will include project governance, resource management, risk assessment, organizational readiness preparation and stakeholder management to confirm alignment and successful execution. eye
