Seeking Spanish speaking candidates residing in CA, OR, AZ, NV, NM and TX ONLY. Schedule corresponds with PST. The following is required for the position: • High speed internet connection (no Wi-Fi) • A private and quiet workplace in your home where you can work without background noise • A laptop with an extra monitor OR desktop computer with dual monitors (No MacBooks or Chromebooks) • Basic headset or earbuds • A webcam for trainings and meetings Pay is hourly and depends on experience. GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for designing and delivering informative onboarding training sessions that enhance employee performance, productivity, and engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, implement and deliver engaging training programs tailored to department(s) needs to include examinations. • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company and department(s). • Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, and e-learning modules. • Engage with clients and department(s) leadership to learn details about new projects to be able to create training material for not only • USCB systems and requirements, but also the client required systems, protocols, scripts, etc. • Deliver virtual and/or in person training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. (e.g., simulations, team exercises, group discussions). • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce training outcomes. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with managers and leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions. • Track training daily attendance and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting to department(s) leadership. • Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the training strategy. • Review employee performance and learning during training sessions and report to department(s) leadership. • Evaluate and communicate training needs during training sessions. • Successfully engage staff (new and existing) during training sessions to ensure a positive experience for the staff. • Collaborate with department(s) leadership. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or related field preferred, but not required • 2 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position. • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software (Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, video editing tools, and authoring software to create engaging content. • Knowledge and continued self-education regarding adult learning theories and the appropriate methods for designing effective training modules. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of learning principles and instructional design. Creativity and innovation in content delivery. • Adaptability to different learning styles and levels.
