What You’ll Do • Train, and lead a team of sales reps operating in pre-qualified neighborhoods. • Drive field performance through coaching, competition, and accountability. • Personally knock doors and close deals as needed to set the pace for your team. • Track daily production metrics and support ongoing professional development. • Earn commissions on personal sales and overrides on your team’s results. What We’re Looking For • Competitive, coachable leaders who have managed or produced in door-to-door or face-to-face sales. • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into market-level leadership. • A background in solar, energy, alarms, pest control, or home services is a plus but not required. • Must be willing to work in the field and lead by example.
