What You'll Do: - You will apply and design technology solutions to solve complex business problems. - You will set the technical direction and standards for software development. - You will develop technology and product assessments and propose innovative technical approaches. - You will guide and lead design sessions with cross-functional teams. - You will research emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our business needs. - You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment of technology with business goals. - You will mentor and support development teams to enhance their technical skills. - You will oversee the architecture and design of software systems to ensure scalability and reliability. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture or senior software engineering roles. - Strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance software systems. - Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
