Role Overview: As a Senior Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our software products. You will design and implement scalable solutions that address complex business challenges, ensuring our technology stack supports the company’s growth and sustainability goals. What You'll Do: - You will apply and design technology solutions to solve complex business problems. - You will set the technical direction and architecture standards for software development. - You will develop technology and product assessments and propose innovative technical solutions. - You will guide and lead design sessions with cross-functional teams. - You will research emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our business needs. - You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical strategies. - You will mentor and support development teams to ensure best practices in software architecture. - You will oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture or senior software development roles. - Strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance software systems. - Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and architectural patterns. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Advanced certifications in cloud architecture or software design.
