Sales & Business Development Manager – RV & Rural Market Location: Elkhart, Indiana (Fully Remote, with Travel) About the Role We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in the RV and farming markets across the U.S. This is a customer-facing role—your job is to get out there, meet people, understand their needs, and turn relationships into long-term business. You’ll spend your time visiting OEMs, dealers, and trade shows, building trust, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities • New Business Development: Identify, approach, and win new customers in RV and farming-related industries. • Sales Growth: Manage existing accounts, deliver solutions that fit, and hit or exceed targets. • Customer Relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships with OEMs and dealers. • Market Presence: Represent the company at customer sites and national trade shows. Candidate Profile • Proven B2B sales and business development experience with a history of hitting goals. • Must have experience in RV, farming, or related industries. • Strong communicator—straightforward, trustworthy, and persuasive. • Driven, adaptable, and comfortable with regular travel. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually + uncapped commission. • Incentives: Quarterly bonus plan. • Reimbursements: Mileage + $15/month phone allowance. • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, vacation, sick leave, floating holiday, paid holidays, company-matched 401(k), employee discount.
