About USA Roller Chain & Sprockets USA Roller Chain & Sprockets is a growing family-owned power transmission distributor based in Clermont, FL, looking for a dynamic customer service driven sales consultant with proven power transmission industry experience that consistently meet ambitious targets. Someone that shows an innovative attitude, with desire to learn and grow, that has strong sense of integrity and commitment to serve. Responsibilities: • Ensure customer relationships are positive and deep within all accounts. • Prospect for new customers. • Ensure customer service requirements are met. • Generate new business with new or existing customers. • Work with customers to identify, quote, and close product and solution sales. • Provide technical support as required. • Work with Sales Manager to provide business planning to reach sales goals. • Work with and coordinate vendor resources to build relationships and support sales. • Accountable for time management and prioritize activities to reach goals. • Maintain appropriate relationship with key suppliers. • Managing existing accounts, developing, and maintaining successful relationships with customers. • Promoting sales of industrial solutions to new and existing customers. • Handling customer inquiries on time and recommending strategic solutions. Qualifications: • At least 4-5 years of industrial distribution/power transmission experience. • Good customer service and communication skills. • Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused. • Industry and sales experience. • Moderate computer skills, including communicating internally and externally via email. • Work experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.). • Ability to multitask and manage time well. • Knowledge of supply chain systems. • Basic Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical. • Eagerness to learn a new formula for selling and servicing. • Mechanical Solutions Provider. • High Level of commitment to serve. Knowledge essential to the position: • Mechanical Power Transmission Components. • Distribution Industry Market. • Industrial Distribution Products. • Sales Skills. • Basics of Power Transmission/Distribution. Benefits after ninety (90) days: • Personal Time Off/Sick Days – three (3) days after ninety (90) days. • Vacation – One (1) week after one (1) year, with escalations thereafter. • Health Insurance – Multiple plans, with the company paying up to $375 per month. • Dental, Vision, are available at the employee’s expense. • 3% Company paid 401(k) Safe Harbor contribution.
