Job Summary: The Sales Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for managing and migrating sales data, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking, and generating actionable insights for executive leadership. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional departments including supply chain, engineering, and finance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring accurate, structured, and up-to-date sales and customer data. Develop and enforce data governance standards; build custom fields, workflows, and system enhancements to support sales processes. Monitor sales pipeline health, track opportunities against budget targets, and identify gaps or bottlenecks. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports on revenue, pipeline activity, performance metrics, and opportunity conversion. Provide actionable insights into revenue forecasting, budget alignment, and performance trends. Partner with sales team members to ensure timely data entry, provide training, and facilitate regular pipeline reviews. Integrate CRM with ERP systems to support seamless order-to-cash, forecasting, and demand planning processes. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve reporting capabilities. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering (with data focus) · 5 or more years of professional experience; early-career will be considered Technical Skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM · Strong skills in Power BI, Pivot Tables, and JavaScript · Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle) · Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data modeling, automation) · Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, or Python is a plus Soft Skills · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills · Excellent communication and collaboration abilities · Ability to translate data into actionable insights · Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment Physical Demands The work environment will be a mix of a typical office environment, a manufacturing floor and a construction site.
