USA Football Job Title Sr. Manager Brand Campaign / Integrated Content Reports To Director, Brand Experience Summary • This role is designed to bring alignment across calendars, briefs, and deliverables, ensuring content is consistent, timely, fan-focused, and sponsor-ready. Serving as the bridge between strategy and execution, the Sr. Manager will oversee production workflows, streamline collaboration, and partner with the Brand Director to translate high-level strategy into seamless execution across all platforms. Every deliverable will reinforce USA Football’s brand identity, storytelling pillars, and organizational mission — connecting fans, athletes, and partners while laying the groundwork for content growth. Job Responsibilities • Maintain a shared content calendar across Social, Video, and Creative that provides visibility and alignment to teams. • Translate brand storytelling pillars and campaign strategy into actionable briefs and workflows, ensuring execution ladders up to USA Football’s cultural relevance, Olympic trajectory, and grassroots-to-elite pathway. • Partner with Social, Video, and Creative leads to ensure campaigns are cohesive and integrated while protecting their creative ownership. • Manage delivery of sponsor and partner content, serving as the primary coordinator to ensure deadlines are met and assets are brand- and sponsor-ready. • Provide logistical and workflow support for event content capture, enabling creative teams to focus on producing high-quality storytelling. • Track and report content performance, workflow efficiency, and sponsor deliverables, highlighting the impact of Social, Video, and Creative output. • Support the Director of Brand Experience in opportunities for future content/IP development and monetization. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). • 5–7 years in digital content, social, or creative production (sports/entertainment preferred). • Strong project and people management skills. • Expertise in social media platforms and video production workflows. • Experience coordinating integrated campaigns across multiple teams. • Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred Experience • Preferred experience in football.
