Company Description U.S. Turbine & Accessory, LLC, is an FAA/EASA Certified OEM-authorized repair station specializing in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. The company holds Class 3 Turbine Engine and Class 1, 2, and 3 Accessory Ratings. U.S. Turbine & Accessory provides comprehensive MRO services for General Electric CJ610, CF700, J85, and CF34 engines globally. In addition, it offers complete overstock inventory management services to its clients, delivering quality-driven solutions for the aviation industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Taylor, MI, for an MRO Operations Manager. The MRO Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the repair station and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. The role involves managing teams, implementing efficiency and quality improvements, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely completion of work. Additionally, the MRO Operations Manager will liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining operational excellence and safety standards. Qualifications • Proven experience in MRO operations, team management, and project coordination • Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations and compliance in aviation repair and maintenance • Technical expertise in turbine engine systems, maintenance, and repair • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning • Technical certification or a degree in Aviation Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred • Experience with inventory and supply chain management systems is a plus
