US Technologies, Inc. a privately held Electronics Manufacturing, Repair, Design and Engineering company located in Northern NJ seeking an experienced, professional sales manager with a strong customer support background and successful sales track record to join our team. This position would be specifically working as part of our Government Sales Team here. We are looking for someone who has past/prior working history with the Tier-1 Primes (IE. Raytheon/Lockheed Martin/L3Harris, ETC) as well as working directly with the DoD agencies (IE. Army/Navy/Air Force, ETC). Our company specializes in the manufacturing of RF Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers, Synthesizers, Power supplies, Circuit Card Assemblies, PCB assemblies, and rack systems for both commercial and military customers worldwide. We have an extensive in-house support system for repair, refurbishment, new design and engineering projects. We work with some of the largest companies in the world in the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, defense, and communications markets along with prime contractors. The company is focused on providing the highest levels of integrity and customer service and works closely with our high profile customers on complex project management requirements from beginning of the development cycle to the delivery of product and follow on customer support. Our ideal candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of the sales cycle and possess strong customer support values. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, talented sales professional that enjoys the challenges of sales and the satisfaction that comes with success. This person needs to have excellent communication skills and the ability to close sales to achieve/exceed sales targets. This person should have experience working at all levels of management, be organized and have the ability to properly and successfully execute a sales plan for growth. Experience working with prime contractors and defense contracts is a plus. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary with a structured commission plan. The position is based out of our Fair Lawn, NJ headquarters and reports to the Director of Sales. Some travel may be required as necessary to visit clients.
